Dr. Radhakrishnan M has been in the field of education since 1986, initially working as a lecturer in English. A chance visit to Rishi Valley School, part of the Krishnamurty Foundation, at Madanapalli, AP, led to a shift in focus from college to school teaching, which he found far more relevant and, in due course, far more rewarding. Mentoring young minds has since developed into a passion, and he has dedicated his time to working with schools full-time. His abiding pastime as a teacher, a Principal, Academic Director and finally Regional School Director (South India) for Zee Learn Ltd., has been to find ways of constantly challenging his students and teachers to go beyond their perceived strengths and do something more ... be it public speaking, dramatics, folk art revival, environmental awareness projects, innovating classroom transaction methodology, winning an International School Award ... It has been an exciting and eventful four decades dedicated to benchmarking excellence in schools. He is also a certified trainer in the field of academics and academic management with over two decades of expertise in this area. 
Creative writing has been a hobby, and his poems were published in the Mirror magazine in the 80s. He published a book of poems for young children titled The Dream Swing, which was self-published, and copies were distributed to schools and children at large.
